Food That Fuels Learning

At Escola Global, we believe that healthy eating is as important as healthy minds. All meals are cooked fresh each day in our on-site kitchen by Head Chef Raffaela Sasse, who trained as a nutritionist in Germany and worked in Michelin-starred restaurants and at the Ritz Hotel in London.

Using local, seasonal, and organic produce where possible, she and her team prepare balanced menus that are healthy, inclusive, and delicious. Mealtimes are a safe, welcoming space where students can unwind, connect, and build healthy eating habits that will stay with them for life.
